Information you choose to send

The project form sends the information you submit to ZHIQUE’s website administration system, where it is stored for enquiry review and follow-up.

If you email ZHIQUE, the message may contain contact details, company information, project location, drawings, references, budgets, schedules and other information you choose to provide.

How enquiry information is used

Information received through the website or by email is used to review the enquiry, communicate with you, understand project requirements and prepare possible next steps, scopes or quotations. It is not intended for sale to unrelated third parties.

Project documents

Please send only information you are authorised to share. If a project requires additional confidentiality terms, request an appropriate written agreement before sending sensitive or restricted documents.

International communication

ZHIQUE works with international enquiries. Email and project communication may therefore involve cross-border processing by the communication providers and project participants you choose to involve.

Visitor analytics

Optional, privacy-conscious visit statistics are collected only after you select “Allow analytics.” The system does not use advertising cookies or store full IP addresses. A short daily pseudonymous identifier is used for aggregate visitor counts.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are retained while they are relevant to project discussion, commercial follow-up or legitimate record-keeping. You may ask ZHIQUE to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to applicable legal and business record requirements.
